Peru’s Vibrant Return: 2025 Travel News
Welcome to 2025 from Peru! We are delighted to announce that Peru is fully recovering and regaining the vibrant energy it enjoyed before the pandemic. Since late 2023 and throughout 2024, the country has seen an impressive surge in travel interest, inquiries, and bookings, proving that Peru remains one of the world’s most alluring destinations. While July experienced a slight dip, likely due to major global events such as the Eurocup and the Olympics, this creates an excellent opportunity to escape the summer crowds. Peru’s dry season peaks in July and August, offering travelers ideal weather to explore its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. For those seeking extra adventure, consider pairing your trip with a Galapagos small ship cruise or a stay in an Amazon lodge.

Closure of Belmond Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge
As of May 15, 2025, the iconic Belmond Sanctuary Lodge will permanently close due to environmental conservation efforts to protect Machu Picchu.
